Virtual Mentoring Events
When are the virtual mentoring events?
The virtual mentoring events with Ed Rush and Paul Colligan will be held every week. You will receive an email with information to access each of these events. If you miss a call or joined after the calls have started, the recordings will be at your disposal to attend on your timeline.
Do I need special software to participate in virtual mentoring events?

When is the latest I can upgrade my ticket?
This depends on how much space we have left in each category. We recommend getting your tickets and upgrades as soon as possible as space is limited!
When I purchased this product it came with 2 tickets to the event. What if I need more tickets?

Will I be able to do this if I'm "tech-challenged"?
Yes! This is an easy-to-use training system. You will see all the available modules and videos when you log in, and all resources are clearly labeled.
What kind of browser or computer operating system do I need to access the online training program?
The website runs best on Firefox and Chrome, on Macs, Windows and Linux-based computers. You can run it on Safari as well-if do you have any video player issues, however, you may want to switch over to another browser.
Do I need Flash or any special media players?
You will require a web browser with the Flash plugin installed. Most web browsers should already have Flash installed. If not, you will be prompted with a download link to install the Flash plugin.
The videos are also designed to work on mobile devices such as the Apple iPhone and most versions of the Android Operating system.
What if I'm having difficulties?

Are the videos available for download? If so, where and how?
No the videos are not available for download. However, the main training modules are included on DVD in the physical version of your product (your training kit). These DVDs can be played on any DVD device (not just your computer).
Can I access the programs on more than one computer?
Yes, all of our programs are web-based and can be accessed from any Internet-ready device. As part of our digital rights management system, you can connect from as many as three different devices.
Can I have members of my team access these accounts as well?
Purchasing this program give you one login to your personal training portal. We prefer that single login to stay with a single person and reserve the right to limit access to three devices (see above).
Can I change my password in the member portal? The one automatically generated is hard to remember.
To change your password, go to "My Profile" at the top right corner of your portal.
How do I update my email address in the ICR portal and with you to ensure I receive the emails?
Please update your email by sending an email to: email@example.com.
My account has been locked, how do I get this fixed?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can reactivate your account.
I haven't received my login details for the portal, what can I do?
In high-traffic times, it may take as long as 24 hours to receive your login information. If this time has already passed, please send an email to email@example.com and we will be happy to help you.
Can I delete my post in the Q&A Forum?
Yes, you always have the option of deleting something you've posted.
Do I need to put a picture of myself in the ICR Portal?
It's up to you. It's good to get to know your community-and be known within it.
Am I notified when I receive an answer to a question I posted in the Q&A Forum?
No. Check back in a few days to see if an answer has been posted.
Can I chat with other ICR members inside of the portal?
You can ask questions directed at either Paul, Ed, Mike, or the community inside the ICR member's area (membership portal).
What if I need help after I order the program? What kind of support do you offer?
We offer support in several different ways. We give you access to the membership portal where you can post your questions and interact with the community
(who often can answer your question for you). You will also have access to the virtual mentoring events with Ed Rush & Paul Colligan. You'll receive a
separate email from us with information about these sessions. You will also have a chance to ask questions at our live event.
How fast can I expect to be helped?
You can usually expect an email response within a business day, if not sooner. We do check our support lines periodically over the weekend as well.
Can I get the contact information of Mike, Ed, and Paul?
We cannot provide private contact information, but they regularly check the online membership forum and you can address questions there or on the virtual mentoring events with Paul.
But what if I have a question I want to ask privately?
You can submit this question in the support section of the website, where you can either call, email, or submit through the website.

How do I get a question asked/answered on the virtual mentoring events?

Purchasing through affiliates
How can I change the affiliate I signed up under?

How/When do I receive the bonus from my affiliate for purchasing through them?
Usually the affiliate bonuses will be release after the 30-day refund period has passed and the payment plan has been completed.
